“Best pharmacy ever! Great service, incredibly accomodating!”

“I moved all my prescriptions from Harris Teeter to 501 because the customer service is fantastic! Han is knowledgeable, helpful and offers delivery service. By far, the best pharmacist in the area.”

“Fun to go and get ice cream packed just for me”

“Friendly knowledgeable, staff who know your name, medicines you take, and are interested in you an your health. It’s like “drug stores” used to be when I was a kid.”

“Helped me out many times. Sieny Oosterhof.”

“I had the pleasure of going to 501 Pharmacy this morning. I can vouch for the peppermint ice cream, the friendly, outstanding service, and the resulting feeling of “it’s the most wonderful time of the year“ exclamation exclamation when you want it all, 501 has it all! No, they didn’t ask me to say this.”

“I totally agree. They go the extra distance. It is truly personalized service. They also have free delivery.”

“We love them as well. Real friendly people. They know who I am and I am not just a number. Great help and care. If you haven’t tried them, you really should. Ice cream is also a appreciated bonus.”

About Take-Out Central: In 1996 Tarheel Takeout started serving the students of UNC Chapel Hill. At that time gas was $1 a gallon, drivers had walkie talkies and online ordering websites were few and far between.

Tarheel Takeout grew slowly, making mistakes, learning, improving and repeating. Eventually they branched out from Chapel Hill and expanded to the surrounding Triangle Area, re-branding as Takeout Central. You can now find their Delivery Heroes in the Triad as well as Western North Carolina.
