Fearrington Cares Handyperson Volunteers can help with minor non-emergency home repairs and small maintenance issues such as minor plumbing, carpentry, light bulb change, programming garage door openers, smoke detector battery replacement, and more. Note that the volunteers cannot move heavy furniture and, due to licensing regulations, they cannot do work involving electrical or gas connections. Call the Fearrington Cares Center for scheduling.

A Management System handled the HVAC portion of the install on our new tankless gas water heater. They did an excellent job setting up the gas and ventelation connections. Very friendly and efficient. They have customers in the village, frequentkly work as a preferred vendor with John McLoud of Highlander Plumbing, and I’d recommend them for HVAC work.
