As three additional Chatham County residents test positive for COVID-19 (six overall), Chatham County Public Health Director Layton Long strongly advises residents to act with urgency to slow the spread of the new coronavirus. “Because of the infectiousness of the new coronavirus, we expect the number of cases to continue to rise,” said Chatham County Public Health Director Layton Long.
