New Health Care Concierge Services
We’re pleased to announce three new services for our neighbors in Fearrington Village. The first two will be coordinated by Aegis Home Care in Chapel Hill:

  • Short Visit” Supportive Care Services represent an innovation in home care services by eliminating the four-hour minimum shift that is usually required.
  • “Complex/Unique” In-Home Nursing Services go beyond the triage clinic nursing care and home visits that Fearrington Cares currently provides free of charge.
  • Routine Foot Care will be available in the Fearrington Cares Center. This new service will supplement our monthly free nail trimming program to provide more comprehensive foot care by a professional licensed provider with the State of North Carolina.

Blood Drive, Monday, February 20. If you missed our December blood drive, here’s another chance to donate the most precious commodity — your blood. Join us on Thursday, February 9 from 10 am – 2:30 pm at Galloway Ridge for a community-wide blood drive. Whether you live in Fearrington Village, Galloway Ridge, or the Duke Center for Living, we’d love to see you. Make an appointment at the Red Cross website and enter the sponsor code “Galloway.”
