Practicing yoga may benefit your physical, emotional, cognitive, and mental health as well as improve your overall well being. Yoga isn’t about working harder; it’s about relaxing, releasing, and letting go. Instructor Bren Ungerland leads the group.

Sit in stillness and explore the movement of breath through various techniques that focus the mind. With subtle guidance, we’ll explore directed awareness, open awareness, and insight meditations along with visualizations.
